Todays Workout - 300 Ab Workout | AimeeBellMua


Hi Guys, sorry Ive been post less for a few days Ive been shatted from work with being on the early shift! Yesterday I had a rest day with the workout seen and today I got back to it! My alarm went off at 5am and I thought, there is not way its that time again!! 

Today I thought I would change up the workout a little bit, give the old kettle bells a day off & tackle this 300 ab workout I found on my trusty pinterest (Follow me!) 

I didnt find this too painful until the very last group of exercises. At this point my stomach felt as though it had a burning iron on it! HELLO ABS!! 

Today's Food Diary
Breakfast - Porridge & Black coffee
Snack - No snack today! Just Cranberry Green Tea! 
Lunch - Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, horse radish, spring onion) with chorizo & pepperami and finally some Moroccan spiced olives on top! 
Snack - No snack just some more cranberry green tea! 
Tea/Dinner - I am heading over to the BF's house and we are having a BBQ in the lovely weather, so I am guessing some meaty goodness will be consumed! (Meat is good to eat, always healthy proteins!) 

Why dont you guys do the 300 ab workout and let me know how you get on! I think I will incorporate this into my weekly workouts along side the kettlebells so I do a sole workout on the abs!
